My Approach

I'm an accomplished triathlete and coach, a mother, a wife, and a successful fit model. My skill set comes from being all of these things — and doing them well. There's a unique balance in life, and when you find yours, it's a gift worth sharing. I set out to inspire you, teach you, and share with you. Being a triathlete requires self-forgiveness, a sense of humor, and quite a bit of know-how.

I WILL HELP YOU TRAIN SMART.

I was once told and find it very true, 'a bike is only as good as its rider'.

It's not about the latest gadgets or going harder — it's about being more efficient. We address imbalances and bad habits first, then we train....

  • Maximize your strengths

  • Transform your weaknesses

  • Focus your training on technique and efficiency

  • Get the gear you need

  • Fuel the right way

  • Learn the right strength and mobility work for your body

I've been part of the triathlon world for over 20 years.  I've finished most years All American in USAT, ranked in the top 5% of my age group. I've had the honor of representing the USA in several World Championships, and I've won or finished on the podium in over 35 races. I've won my age group in some of the most prestigious USAT races, including 9 age-group wins at Survival of the Shawangunks, where I also hold the female bike record. I placed 10th at Escape from Alcatraz, and I love swimming in cold water — really, just about any water. There are so many wonderful  races right here in the Northeast, along with great, friendly competition — come join me in setting a goal.

Through my own journey, there's been plenty of trial and error. Through the vital importance of  strength training, lateral movement, recovery, and rest  I have been able to create a balance to remain injury-free for countless seasons as I've continued to race stronger, faster, and, most importantly, smarter. I've developed a strength program that balances swim, bike, and run volume (bricking) to help you achieve the goal you set. Strength training, paired with mobility,  and yoga/meditation, gives the balance needed to succeed in this incredible sport. The strength you build will extend far beyond racing — it will carry through your daily life, turning obstacles into bumps in the road, and helping you live and age gracefully. You'll get out of your comfort zone and learn to embrace it, because there's no growth in life unless you push your limits.
